Story about Queen of Cups

Those who are at least a little familiar with Tarot, know that Queen of Cups is one of the court cards in Minor Arcana. It symbolises intuitive connections, tender love, spirituality and devotion. But most of all, it depicts a deeply emotional woman, who utilizes sensitivity and relies on intuitive ability rather than common sense and is able to see ahead and believe.  Love gives meaning to her actions and the realization of her goals, for it is the joining of conscious to feeling.

To be honest, last month was very hard for me, which is quite obvious considering my silence here... Dealing with loss of any kind is always painful.. Why the Queen of Cups? Because, when all your questions are left unanswered, you can finally give an opportunity to your heart to lead the way. Because our mind is sometimes too loud. Because we often ignore intuitive side of ourselves. Because sometimes we need to give more, without thinking how much we'll get in return.

Maybe all this doesn't make sense to you, but it does to me...Sometimes we all need to be Queen of Cups. I know I am at the moment. We'll see where it will take me..
